It not only helps you cope with whatever you are stressing about, but also lets you stay optimistic with everything in life. ![]() But, I think especially in today’s society, we are all working incredibly hard whether it’s for our careers, family, fitness, etc. This doesn’t mean that you need to workout every single day or become a health fanatic. Learn to ENJOY the PROCESS and TRUST me, everything will come together. You work so hard, so reward yourself because by doing this, it’s going to prevent you from binge eating. I’m telling you that you still need to eat healthy 5 days of the week, but spoil yourself with something you crave on the other 2 days out of the week. ![]() Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just live a healthy lifestyle, you can still have fun doing it! In my experience as a personal trainer, I see A LOT of people eliminate all the foods they love to get to the goals they want. What I mean by this is that you shouldn’t completely cut EVERTHING out of your life for fitness. That’s right…your mind is NOT playing games with you right now. It will get hard, but as long as you can get through it, I PROMISE you that you will get to where you want to be! NEVER NOT EAT CHEAT MEALS I want you to TRUST the process, don’t stress about the things you can’t control, do the BEST that you can do, and most importantly, BELIEVE in yourself. I believe that you can exceed in anything you put your mind to, so don’t play yourself short. Don’t EVER set any limits on yourself because there shouldn’t be one. This is what I tell every single one of my clients and something I want to tell you too. Throughout my years of training, what I saw was the main problem for all my clients was their lack of confidence.
